After SIX Months of having this internet connection with Globelines, all I can say “Globelines Still Sucks”. Last night was the most worst experience ever, I had this important conversion with my friend and we used yahoo messenger for our convenience. She did a file transfer of her word documents to me but unfortunately an error occurred stating that “A Problem Occurred While Transferring The Files”.

I’ve already reported it to their customer service and they just said they’ll fix it soon and sorry for the inconvenience. It’s always like that for six months of subscription. I don’t think they don’t should say sorry for the inconvenience, they should change it to Sorry We Had Fool You. Hahahahaha! Best Deception, indeed!

Don’t be fool with any GLOBE LINES Broadband Package.

At last, after 1 month and 3 weeks my yahoo messenger file transfer is now working. Before when I was working online with my classmates we always share files through emails because obviously my connections with globelines in terms with file transfer using yahoo messenger is not working. It always prompted error occurred while processing and it is something like that. Why did I say that it is due to my globelines connection? Well, simple because I have tried to connect my computer on other ISP’s like Smart Bro and PLDT MyDSL and it works very fine. In short, There’s nothing wrong with my computer and it’s all about the service provided by s***y globelines.

I am not making false stories about globelines, in fact it is what I have experienced with them for almost 3 months. My connection is worth P 995 per month and it is bundle plan ( internet + a useless landline ) plus a free 1 Headset and Webcam. Worst about globelines, they said that they will deliver the freebies door to door within 2-3 weeks and it’s fine with me. But what happen to those words, until now there’s no freebies, was it a joke? Globelines is making me so sick, false hope I think.

Again, to my readers and visitors take my advise don’t be fool by globelines. Mine is enough, if you think Smart Bro or PLDT MyDSL is not good, how much more with globelines? Honestly, it sucks.

I just got my Internet connection last Saturday powered by Globelines. They informed me that they are having a problem with their internet service in Visayas and Mindanao Network and they‘re very sorry for the inconvenience.

It’s been a week since Globe Network dropped in their service. And up to now they are still trouble shooting it. This evening I did some DSL speed test and guess what? Very disappointing results appear in front of me.  My current DOWNLOAD SPEED is 22 kbps which means that I can only download at 2.75 kb per second and my UPLOAD SPEED is 18 kbps which means that I can only upload at 2.25 kb per second. A very disappointing speed that globe has to offer. I can’t believe that I am slower than a DIAL UP users.

Globe is one of the prominent companies here in the Philippines and I heard a lot of negative reviews about their services and with that I am starting to believe on what I had read before. Hope that they will put more actions on their problem now because if this will continue until this coming Saturday I don’t think I deserve this and I will really ask for disconnection or rebate will do.
