A series of photo shoot experience posts. Awhile ago I posted about the wedding photo shoot of my college classmate and now I’m making a post with my experience with Rhea Ong as we shoot under the heat of the sun from of the old mini-golf course here in Davao. I consider the place as one of the great Davao tourist spots, though it did not succeed and last as other place do.

It’s my college classmate’s wedding held last October 11, 2008 at Mary Mediatrix Chruch, Digos City. His name is Jonald Palma and got married to Lorna. Saturday 1PM, it is when the wedding will start and my shift from work will end by Saturday 7AM. Since my classmates and I planned to travel by 10AM from Davao City to Digos City, I got no choice but to go home just to eat my breakfast and change my clothes then leave to meet my classmates at the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal. Still, I have not sleep. Unfortunately the 10AM plan was not followed due to some “technical problem”….hehehehe….

It’s my first time to shoot without my other photograph enthusiast friends. Since my model for the La Jardin Photoshoot has no experience in outdoor picturials they opted to shoot with me alone, a warm up I guess. All of my photos are taken with Nikon D40.

Hi Guys! I’m back and I want to start it with my flikcr drive. I miss blogging so much. I think my appetite so good to win some unique visitors again. Anyway, I’m learning photography now and I found it hard and fun at the same time. There’s a lot of technical stuffs that I have to understand though I have read articles and ebooks about photography.

This is just based on my experience and I think this is worth to share and write. If you want to buy a Digital SLR camera. Today, before we decide and get the gadgets that we want. It is a good step to Google it first then read, read and read reviews about that item. Know its Pros and Cons and get satisfied. I’m sure before you have planned to buy it, there’s a lot of reviews available on the internet so better read those and don’t be lazy unless you want to regret in the end, that you just put your money into waste, blaming yourself over and over again.

Just a quick blog update today, it’s been 5 days since my last post and this is my first entry for the month of September. Not in the mood to write, I just had a tight weekend and until now I want to take a rest. So instead of writing it, I think the photos below will explain how happy I am with my Nikon D40.

This is my first entry for the month of August. I just got a lot of things to fix weeks ago. Anyway, to my loyal readers I’m back and this is my welcome post to all. And it’s all concerning Nikon D40 which is about to land my hands.

I always wanted to blog this before and today is the majestic day to blog this one. I want to share the decision I have made. Before I made I post about what will I choose Nikon D40 or D40x? I did some research about the these things. And today I proclaim the winner, no other than Nikon D40x. (Hep! Hep! Hurray! lol) Get it. Of course from my little research thing, I’ve discovered a good statement from Pro and it goes like this“ Nikon D40x is a good DSLR camera for beginners to start! Invest on lens, not on Body!” Isn’t it a great statement to read over and over again?!!! Yep, it really struck in my mind. It plays a big part of my decision to choose Nikon D40x.
