No More Adsense Referrals?

The title of this post is 100% true. There will be no more Google Adsense Referrals until the last week of August 2008. Adsense Referral is one way to generate monetization for your website, so if your one of those publishers that has this referral thing better remove their inline codes in your websites before the end of August. But Google did not lessen their options for advertisers instead they have created this Google Affiliate Network.

Here’s the statement from Google about this Adsense Referrals:

We’re constantly looking for ways to improve AdSense by developing and supporting features which drive the best monetization results for our publishers. Sometimes, this requires retiring existing features so we can focus our efforts on the ones that will be most effective in the long term. For this reason, we will be retiring the AdSense Referrals program during the last week of August.

Don’t be discourage, Google just change it into a better and new improve way to earn, both for advertisers and publishers. If you have this incrementing earnings from Adsense better learn the new Google Publishers Affiliate Network. As what Google tag line states Connect with quality advertisers. Earn more revenue.
