Fill up your HTML Title and Alt tags 10

Jul9

Recently, I have read an article about the importance of title and alt tags every time we include images and links in our post. These tags will help web bots or spiders from different search engines to identify you contents. For example from my previous post Create your gravatar thumbnails I have included a picture there to indicate some sample output when I register for gratavar.

Noticed that the image has an alt tag and this tag will helpĀ  the web bots or spider to identify that the image in the example output of gravatar is related to my post. By this little action, it is a one way of optimizing your images for Google image search.

So always fill up your HTML title and alt tags, every time you use some links, images and other elements that these tags best applies. I don’t guarantee that when you use this tips you can immediate see its effect. Actually, it takes time to make it useful and feel its importance. Better try it and wait for the result, web bots or spiders will really love it. Enjoy!
