my lolo is claiming his sss pension that was stopped because sss office find out that the birthdate of my lolo was wrong and then they request us that we should get the original copy of it in Cebu because my lolo was born there, we already have the copy and submitted it to their office in Olongapo City. The office required us to file first the E-4 form. We submitted the form last December 2009 and until now they said it was not yet corrected. How long the process will take?. My Grandpa’s SS number is 0310911041, Would he meet a problem since having a pension here and at the same time recieving an old pension in the US?

hi i would like to inquire regarding the sss maternity benefit that was given to me by my company. Based on approximate salary of P20000 net per month i should have at least receive 46800. I was only issued P39000.
June- Dec= 20000 x 6 = 120000
120000/180 =666.67
667 x78 ( caesarian) = 52000
Was i well compensated?
If not what should i do to get my full benefit?

Good day! nagfile po ako ng maternity notification ko last january 8, 2010. january 11 na DnC po ako. complete ko na lahat ng requirements like medical certificate,histopat,clinical abstract, oparating record. ultrasound before & after DnC then naforward ko na po sa employer ko. kaya lang binalik ulit nila tapos they gave me sickness notification form na need ko daw pasign sa hospital. ask ko lang po kung needed tlga ang sickness notification kung nakapagfile naman ako ng maternity notification?

hello po.gud day.naapprove n poh b ung maternity requirements ko.until now kz wa p ung maternity allowances ko mgddalawang buwan n nid kz nmin ung money.here’s my sss no.0223177671 hope for ur reply on my email.thanks.godbless u all………..
